Verse of the Day: Now all has been heard; here is the conclusion of the matter: Fear God and keep his commandments, for this is the duty of all mankind.  Ecclesiastes 12:13

This year our STUCO students are participating in Operation Christmas Child.  Their goal is to fill 25 shoe boxes to be sent to children all around the globe.  STUCO will be collecting items to fill shoe boxes beginning next week through November 12.  There will be totes located in the Awana Room and ROC gym to place donated items.  As a family, if you would like to fill a shoe box, boxes will be available for pick up after October 24.  STUCO will be hosting a Packing Night on November 12 from 3:30 to 5:30.  All families are invited to join this fun event.  STUCO will be sending home information with students regarding the items they will be collecting.  If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to any high school student or Mrs. Mabry, STUCO Advisor.

With winter quickly approaching, please be reminded that in the event of inclement weather administration will send out a One Call letting families know if school is cancelled.  It is the responsibility of each family to access each of their students' teachers blog pages to get the day's homework assignments.  Teachers do plan to post all assignments by 10 a.m., however, with increased activity on the website, occasionally things can be slow to upload.  If your child's teacher has not posted by 10 a.m. please check again.  All homework is due the day classes resume.
