Look over page 125.   Read page 126 and do exercise B on page 127.  Do A and B on page 128 for extra credit.  Begin Review - do A,B,C on pages 129-130.

Vocabulary - do pages 5-6.

Noun Clauses -- be able to locate them in a sentence and identify their use as subject, direct object, predicate nominative, object of preposition, or appositive.   Diagram a noun clause used as a direct object (bonus).

Define -- collective noun, noun of direct address, and gerunds.

Noun Usage -- be able to identify italicized nouns as DO, IO, OC, AP, PN, S, or OP

Subject-Verb Agreement - choose which verb agrees with the subject - review school courses as subjects, sentences beginning with here or there, Company names as subjects, either...or used in the subject

Noun Verbals -- identify italicized verbals as gerunds or infinitives and identify their use as S, DO, IO, OC, AP, PN, or OP

Review -  review the following:  past perfect tense, setting vs. sitting, using B.C. in writing, subjunctive vs. indicative mood, punctuation within a quote, capitalization of relative's names

Diagram --(bonus)  a noun clause and an infinitive phrase
