Just some suggestions to keep their little minds fresh. Have your child practice counting by 5's, 10's. If you have some coins laying around the house, ask your child to identify the penny, nickle and dime. Ask them to tell you how much each one is worth. If you have several of each penny, nickle and/or dime, have them add them up. You can do this with each one, just don't mix and match the coins(pennies with dimes and so on) as I am afraid that would confuse them at this point.
