Advanced Math 1: Read Lesson 40.C pgs. 289-290 and Lesson 41.A pgs. 293-296. Work through the example problems in the lesson (these don't need to be turned in). Problems for homework (turn in Wed.) Less. 40 #11*, Less. 41 # 1, 6*, 7*, 9- 12, 13*, 14, 15 (problems with * are on the new material)

Family Living: Talk to your parents/grandparents about the medical history of the family. We will be compiling a notebook of important family information. You need information about the following family members:
· parents · siblings · half-siblings (because they share a parent with you) · grandparents · great-grandparents · nieces · nephews · aunts · uncles · sons · daughters
Important medical conditions to know about:
· ADHD · alcoholism · allergies · arthritis · asthma · bipolar disorder · many cancers including ***, colon, prostate, and ovarian · dementia and Alzheimer's disease · depression · diabetes · glaucoma · hearing loss · heart disease · high blood pressure · high cholesterol · learning disabilities · miscarriage or toxemia · osteoporosis · stroke and aneurysm · surgeries (including cesarean section)
